I returned these shoes..Although the website states that you should by your size or one size smaller, I ordered my size and couldn't get my foot in them. It could be that one's arch is too high for this particular style but even if I could have got my foot in, it would have been too small. At least the next half size up or more...Also, I would have exchanged them for another pair but that was not an option, only a return was an option. It would be better if we could exchange when one wants a product. Since it was a process to return, (due to the holidays, it took over a week for Sandbaggers to respond for returen) I lost interest in buying a larger size. This was unfortunate because they were a lovely shoe.Classic navy. Comfy.The quality did not compare to the last pair I owned a while ago.
