I admit to being a bit of an Adidas Fan Boy, so it's no surprise that I found these shoes to be really good looking. Do I really need great looking, $100 golf shoes to trek through the woods looking for my errant drives? No, of course not, but at least I can take a little bit of solace in the fact that I look good over the ball before, you know, actually trying to hit the ball and failing miserably.Anyway, for those of you more concerned with functionality, I am happy to report that these shoes are also really comfortable and I recently wore these for 36 holes with no foot related issues. I will caveat this statement by saying that I'm new to golf and these are my first pair of actual golf shoes, so I don't really have that much frame of reference regarding comfort, but again, I don't think you will be disappointed. So, why only three stars? Well, I purchased these shoes shortly before leaving for a week long vacation where I planned on playing a few rounds. At some point during my first round with these shoes I looked down and noticed that the lowest "eyelid" on the left shoe had broken. I put the word eyelid in quotes because if you look closely at the pictures you will see that it's not your typical eyelid. It's kind of hard to explain, but it's basically a little tab sewed (or more likely glued) over itself in which the shoe lace is threaded through. The broken eyelid didn't really have an adverse affect on the functionality of the shoes, but I figured for $100 they have got to do better than one round. Later that day I went back and looked at the pics more closely and really wish that Adidas had just opted for a more traditional eyelid like they have on many of their other shoes. In any event, upon requesting a return and shipping back the shoes I was able to get a refund and promptly purchased a new pair of the same shoes. I'm hoping that this is a one off issue and I just received a "lemon" because I really do love the shoes and even my wife who is very supportive of my golf exploits, if not thrilled about the amount of money I spend on it, had to admit that these were sharp looking shoes. I guess time will tell. Good or bad, I will update this review once I get some more time with the new shoes.UPDATE (07/21/18): So I've had these shoes for almost two years now and I'm happy to report that the issue I had with my first pair has not resurfaced. Therefore, I'm inclined to think that I just got a "lemon". I've upgraded my rating to four stars as I continue to find these shoes to be very comfortable and look great. With two young kids I don't get to play as much as I would like, so YMMV when it comes to how long these will last you, but I don't anticipate these giving up on me anytime soon. In all likelihood I will likely purchase a new pair or something else just to switch it up before these will have to be replaced because of wear and tear. Or more likely I will continue to wear these for the long haul and put that money toward something else golf related.I am returning these b/c they ran very narrow and short. I have worn Adidas for many years starting with their original leather--that was a size 7 1/2 M but they had plenty of width and toe room. In the last few years with the mesh and sneaker-like shoes, the design has gone shorter and narrower and I now find myself ordering 81/2 E! It's very frustrating b/c it's a great shoe--extremely comfortable when the right size and great for walking/hoofing, particularly when the grass is wet in the morning, since it's waterproof. It's very light yet provides good support. We have a very hilly course and it holds on the side hills even when wet. So be careful when ordering--you may have to go up 1-2 sizes and wider.Update: I ordered the 8 1/2 M (returned the size 8) and they fit fine, so I'm adding another star to my rating. They are comfortable and even though a medium width, they are wide enough in the 8 1/2 size. So just be aware to order at least a 1/2 size larger and they do run narrow. It's light enough for walking and carrying your bag, it's also waterproof so your feet won't get wet. I like the 2 year water proof warranty. Extremely comfortable and plenty of cushioning in the heel. Unique construction: the laces are tied into the side stripes so it wraps around your foot as you pull on the laces. My past experience with all Adidas golf shoes is that they are extremely durable and don't wear out. I expect these to be the same. These are some of the best golf shoes ever made. I've been waiting a while to write this review to rave about them. I am 61 and walk 18 holes at least 3-4 times per week. I did my usual research online because I was going to default to my old standby shoe. I'm so glad I switched. I was actually doing research to get my son some shoes for his birthday. I found these and after I tried his on, I bought myself a pair. The foam heel in these shoes is what gives your step a boost and your swing. The foam is very flexible and I wish they made every shoe like these. I would love to have walking shoes with this foam sole. They are very well made with a stretchy cloth liner that attaches to the tongue and wraps comfortably around your foot. They are extremely waterproof. They run a 1/2 size small. I usually wear a 11-1/2 in my old shoe but the 12's fit perfectly. Be sure not to get them too wide. You want them to be snug. I bought 12 D (standard) for me, and 12 2EE (wide) for my son. I tend to get 11-1/2 wide for myself but found that is too wide. It is best to measure your foot like they show on many golf shoe websites. If you find that they buckle at the base of the laces, then they are too wide. You will love this show. The three black stripes on each side serve a purpose. They are separate from the leather and are made of a strong plastic. They are attached to the shoe laces so when you tie the shoe, the black stripes conform to your foot for a snug, comfortable fit.For me Adidas golf shoes run a half size small. These are no different so I would recommend ordering a half size bigger. Also, though I would not say these shoes are too narrow they do run a little snug. Ordering the half size helps this also. Overall this is a great shoe and based on crazy fluctuating Amazon prices I was able to pick up my size for $25 whereas the next size bigger was almost double the price...weird. Here's a trick...if you like something put it in your shopping cart. When you come back to Amazon a day or week or month later (accessed through the daily emails they send me) all my items in the shopping cart are still there. Not only that but you will get a notification when you click on the shopping cart with ANY price or availability changes for those items saved in your shopping cart. The prices for clothes and shoes almost always change after a few days - sometimes a few cents while other times I have seen prices DOUBLE. Amazon must have some kind of optimization software which fluctuates the price based on overall demand versus what you individually like...freaky but cool.Size 9.5(D/M) is somewhat smaller compared to standard Indian size 9. By design front portion is narrow. May be size E/ 2E would have been better. Courier services were disappointing. ARAMEX asked for an Id for custom clearance but they didn't use it. I only hope it is not misused later. Their outlet in NCR insisted on Rs 100 handling charges and refused to give a receipt for the same. The product appears to be good.el producto es exactamente como esperaba, y el precio fue muy bueno, solo hubo un detalle con el pago de losi impuestos de importacion pero una sola llamada y me resolvieron el problema inmediatamentehice el pedido hace mas de un mes y no me ha llegado, sigo esperando a ver si llegan ya que era una buena opcion de compraLooks good.
