The fan is stated to be 2 speeds, it is not. The switch on the fan does not change the speed at all. What the switch really does is it allows the fan to run in a stationary position and the switch allows the fan to sweep from side to side.I have not used it much yet so I cannot tell how durable it will be. The list price stated is way exaggerated and I feel that it's only worth what it was paid for.
