Bought these for use during driving range sessions. I was impressed with the overall looks and the comfort (for me, at least) is excellent; having rather narrow feet, that was especially important. If there is one area where I was rather disappointed, it is the composition of the sole: it feels like some kind of TPU or urethane-based compound rather than a rubber-like one. This means two things: one, it's rather hard to the touch, as it lacks the flexibility of a rubber-like compound, and two, walking on any surface other than grass is slippery. My apartment building has terrazzo floors in the lobby and I can see sliding there if I'm not careful. I came to FJ from Adidas shoes, which use rubber-like soles with excellent grip on all surfaces, so this was a major letdown for me.Of course, if you're only using these at the golf course and not wearing them there (as I do) then you'll have no issue, but I felt it needed mentioning. It's also possible that after a few wearings it would gain grip, so we'll see.
