This is my second pair of Ecco golf Retros in hydromax material, a sort of nubuck that is water repellent. They are super comfortable to walk in - I walk my 18 holes without batting an eye. The value is worth the money. They look good too.I've owned a couple of ECCO hydromax shoes for their comfort and waterproofing. I tried a couple of brands recently and they were not a waterproof or water resistant as stated. I've worn these in the rain and after a good shower and my feet were nice and dry.I liked it very much. I believe whoever else will buy wont regretAsexpectedI thought the toe rubber area would be black instead of gray.I bought these shoes for my husband for Christmas and he loves them! They are the most comfortable golf shoe he has owned, and he has at least 12…..all different brands.Having read that these run a little large vs the American sizes, I tried 1 size down and they fit perfectly. The Retro Street is comfortable, well-made and you feel connected to ground during your swing versus feeling like you're 'perched' atop a much thicker-soled golf shoe. Plus, they look laid back and stylish. I'll try this brand againThe only down side I have is the color of the picture of the shoe does not match the actual shoe that arrived. the shoe that I received was some what darker than what was represented. I ordered the camel nubuck, other wise I would have given it 5 stars.
